Title: Slave Training: Flexibilty and Strength

Description: It's time for my next assessment at the slave training academy and today my Master will be assessing my flexibility and strength. Which I'm sure will be totally fine. I didn't read the entire instruction manual, but surely no one really does that? And I didn't really do the practical exercises either - I'm sure I'm perfectly strong and flexible enough already? Dressed in nothing but high heels and my steel slave collar, I do a few warm up exercises. I'm sure to pass this assessment with no problem at all!

Sadly, when my trainer arrives, he is of a different opinion. I WAS meant to read the whole book, and I should have memorised the names of the exercises! The assessment hasn't even started yet, and already he feels it necessary to take a crop to me. Ouch! First, he assesses my balance, strength and leg poses. It's horrifically difficult and he punishes me multiple times, with strap, paddle and riding crop. I fare a little better in the flexibility part of the assessment, but still the punishments are frequent and severe, ending with a 20 stroke caning in a horrible difficult position. Finally, he leaves me in a stress position while he goes to write up my assessment. There's no WAY I can stay like this for long!
