Of course I take a lot of time for this because I want my dear four-legged friend to remember today's ride for a long time. As always, I start slowly because I am conscientious in dealing with my critters. After a short time I make a break and want to enjoy the winter sun on the back of my pony. But already here this lazy bum shows first weaknesses and I have to bring him back into position with the help of my riding crop.

After this break we continue with a good gallop. In between I make a stop to have my boots licked clean, and the pony is also allowed to drink from a dirty puddle. But for the final spurt there is no mercy. When the finally breaks down, I let it crawl through the mud to the finish. Visibly grateful for the time which I have spent with him, the pony now lies in front of me and may kiss my dirty riding boots.

Wahrscheinlich ist heute der letzte schone Tag in diesem Jahr und den mochte ich gerne nutzen um mein Pony noch einmal so richtig schon an und uber seine Grenzen zu bringen bevor es dann ins Winterquartier geht. Dafur nehme ich mir naturlich ordentlich Zeit denn ich will ja dass mein lieber Vierbeiner sich noch lange an den heutigen Ritt erinnern wird. Wie immer beginne ich langsam denn ich bin sehr gewissenhaft im Umgang mit meinen Tieren. Nach einer kurzen Zeit mache ich eine Pause und mochte di e Wintersonne geniessen auf dem Rucken meines Ponys. Doch schon hier zeigt dieser Faulpelz erste Schwachen und ich muss mit Hilfe meiner Gerte ihn wieder in Position bringen.

Nach dieser Pause geht es im Galopp weiter. Zwischendrin mache ich einen Stopp um mir di e Stiefel sauer lecken zu lassen, und das Pony darf auch aus einer schmutzigen Pfutze trinken. Fur den Endspurt gibt es aber keine Gnade. Als mir der Gaul dann doch endgultig zusammenbricht lasse ich ihn noch bis zum Ziel durch den Dreck robben. Sichtlich dankbar fur d ie Zeit welche ich mit ihm verbracht habe liegt das Pony nun vor mir und darf mir zum Abschied auch noch meine schmutzigen Reitstiefel kussen.
