Quiet (Octokuro) is an assassin genetically modified by a parasite known as "The One That Covers". She is on a mission to eliminate the last remnants of her creators, her target identified as Dr Mila.Eliminating her bodyguards, Quiet locates and shoots Dr Mila, confirming that her mission is complete. That is until Quiet comes to a horrifying realisation. Dr Mila has engineered a new parasite. The scientist rises from the ground, shaking off her fatal wounds like nothing. She reveals that her parasite is far more powerful than Quiet's, ingesting it herself in an effort to avoid being killed.The parasite named "The One That Excites" saved Dr Mila's life, however it takes a toll on her mind, turning the scientist into a depraved monster. Quiet must now face against this new threat, but can she truly defeat such a powerful enemy?

A Warrior (Octokuro) goes on a quest to find a helpless Druid (Ashby) captured against her will. However, the Warrior is plagued by strange visions shown to her by a magical artefact; visions of creatures infesting her body, corrupting her from within. Disregarding these strange thoughts, the Warrior presses on.

She finds the Druid, battling against the two men that have a kidnapped her. After defeating them in combat, the Warrior frees the Druid.

The Druid suddenly lunges at the Warrior, incapacitating her with a toxic slime that spews from her mouth. The Warrior learns the horrifying truth that the Druid was sent to be executed because she is corrupted. Giving birth to a slimy parasite, the Druid prepares to corrupt the Warrior.

The dark visions of infestation have come to life as the Warrior and Druid give in to their primal urges, fucking one another, giving life to more parasites.

Police Officers Sofia and Milan are dispatched to an old abandoned home, receiving reports from an unknown caller of a disturbance taking place within the house.Both officers enter the building and split up, searching for signs of vandals or trespassers.

As the officers clear the building, they are being spied on by dozens of hidden cameras.As Officer Milan checks the basement, she makes a horrifying discovery and immediately calls her partner for backup. Officer Sofia races to the scene, only to find her partner's uniform on the floor, discarded and drenched in a slimy fluid.Officer Sofia suddenly gets attacked by none other than her partner, Officer Milan.

Whilst Professor Clemence is working on her latest project, one of her subordinates enters her lab. The young man hands Clemence a bundle of files before attempting to leave her lab, only to come face to face with Sofia.The young man jumps in shock. Sofia stands there naked and in stasis with multiple tubes and wires connected to her exposed skin.

Clemence reveals to the young man that Sofia is her latest project.Recognising Sofia as a police officer that lived in his neighbourhood, the young man realises that Clemence has captured this poor woman, experimented on her and turned her into a mindless lab rat.Now knowing what kind of monster Clemence is, the subordinate frees Sofia from her stasis and runs out of the lab.

Clemence tries to escape but the young man has locked the lab down. Clemence must now deal with the consequences of the monster she created.
