Act 1 is finished (19 map pieces). You can now play through the shopping mall and escape the city.
New throwable weapon - molotov.
Slightly improved AI for friendly NPCs. They are still stupid, but we are working on it.
Shooting mechanic was changed a bit. Weapons has much lesser projectiles now. It was done on purpose, because bullets were hitting various objects too often.
Shotgun has less spreading.
Zombie spawner was completely rewritten. Now it shouldn't cause performance drops. Heroes wear no capes.
Zombie book was added. You will receive it during the plot at cinema's WC.
Quest journal was added! Now every (if my memory serves) task in game has a quest log. I can't tell how huge this task was, but it is here.
Bug at status window was fixed, now ass picture shouldn't disappear. Also vagina and ass statuses are working separately now.
Fat zombie received increased health and a chance to blow up.
Red zombie's regeneration is working properly now.
Global fog effect. You'll first notice it on new maps. New global effects will appear more in future updates.

This update brings story only. We are sorry if you'll find it small, but we had to finish this part of the game to move on to freeplay part.
IMPORTANT: new maps can cause crashes during saving. You can resolve it by reopening the game. We are working on fix.

Later than anticipated, but hopefully worth the wait!
This release rounds off the Sunday night with the promised action with Kari if she's your girl.
Then we go to Monday of Week 12. It's a VERY busy day for MC, so much so that I've had to move some stuff to the following day. On the plus side, that does mean some of the work for the next build is already done!
I've already summarized much of what you can expect in this release, so I will leave you to discover the rest for yourselves.
There is one possible issue I'm aware of. An event that kicks off Bree's backstory (her "accountant" paying her a visit) didn't get flagged properly in a much earlier build and effectively repeats itself in this build as I never figured out a way to detect it retrospectively.
If you were playing from scratch that wouldn't occur, but it's one of those things where the following events wouldn't make sense if you hadn't seen this. So apologies if this gives rise to a sense of deja vu!

It's the beginning of summer. Jack is 18 years old and has just finished high school by graduating. He has a tense relationship with Eve, his "childhood friend" who seems to have disliked him cordially for a few years. Jack's parents had left town for a week, Eve invites her best friend, Cassie, to join them. They have the house and the pool for them alone. How Jack will handle the situation depends on you...

v0.6.4:
Day 2 Scenes 1 and 10 have been reworked.
New content: Day 6 Scenes 26 and 27. These scenes are the endings of the Evil Asshole and Psychotic Knight paths. These paths are now complete.
In total, the update is about 22k words long, with 700 renders and 7k lines of code.
Music. For the whole of Day 1, Day 2 Scenes 1 and 10 and Day 6 Scenes 26 and 27. The default volume has been set to 50%.
Some achievements have disappeared, and some others have appeared.
The Preferences screen has been reworked to include a volume slider and a taboo switch.
Minor edits to the ending screens.
Dozens of typos have been corrected.
The Renpy engine has been updated. Summer Scent now runs on Renpy 8.2.1
