Busty Belles's only in one scene and the amateurish camera work doesn't show her in her best light. That complaint holds true throughout the feature, although in terms of exposure, there's far too much of Staci Lords and none of it inspired. All the performers appear to be going through the motions of providing a sexual service, but nobody seems to be having a particularly good time. One really annoying aspect of this vid is the attempt to explain bullyish male machismo. After it becomes apparent that Roc hard (Jade East's hubby) is sabotaging the business, he explains that it's "just too painful" for him to see his wife be more successful than he is. In reality, Savage plays a chauvinistic roommate who dispenses myriads of useless advice to his friend on how to pick up women. Despite their initial shyness, Leigh and her stud finally hook up with a romantic and tender shower of love - quite literally - in the stall. Despite the wafer thin plot, and a purely arbitrary sex scene with Jerry Butler to pad it out, Spellbound is still worth while for some nice eroticism and its pro-romance theme.
