Isean is a tough girl. She tapped out within 10 minutes. I found a new way to do a short leg. If you tie a rope tightly just a few inches above the knee, run the rope ends down under her high heel then back up to the knee rope, depending on how tight you tie it she simply cannot straighten her leg.
In this particular predicament if she could straighten her leg.I guarantee you she would have. Watch closely at the start where she tests how much she can't straighten her legs.
I started with her on the floor with slammed elbows and tight wrists, then slowly bit by bit pulled those tight wrist up with the rope ratchet. Can you say strappado short leg predicament? You can once you watch this video. It's one of my favs now. Take my word on it.
