Stomped Out By Rapture
Rapture's slave refused to worship her feet when commanded to do so, and now must suffer the consequences. Rapture wants to show him that her feet are capable of either being sensual or sadistic. Rapture begins stomping on his body and face, before giving her slave another chance to worship her feet. When he refuses, he is quickly kicked in the face, and stomped out again. Rapture has him turn over, and kicks him in the kidneys, before stomping on the back of his neck.
Rapture removes her shoes halfway through, and continues the beating. Trampling is added in, with Rapture making sure to stand super heavy on his neck and face. Some more stomps and soccer kicks to the face finally beat her slave into submission, and he begs to worship her feet to stop the pain.
