Megan Salinas seemed as if she was going to kill me for putting her in this outfit. I don_t blame her. Even though it was technically the Winter, the Sun was giving up a good show that day. We were in the Valley, so I wasn_t surprised. Despite some complaining, Megan toughed it out for a few minutes and momentarily fulfilled my old Catholic private school fantasies. Yes, I attended such an institution for the greater part of my childhood. No, I was not fondled by a devout priest. In those days, unflattering uniforms were the norm. But as my classmates and I got older, the skirts got shorter and the blouses less able to hide the fleshy gems that developed underneath. Yes, Megan, outfits like this can suck, but be thankful you only had to wear it for 20 minutes and not 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

This is the story of Lindsay Bare, Big Lots, and an incorrigible photographer who loves mischief. The sun had gone down, a chilly breeze rolled in from the Pacific and Lindsay could not be photographed at her place. Big Lots with all of its hidden nooks was an obvious location choice. Luckily, the discount outlet was not very busy. However, the handful of patrons on this fine evening seemed to gravitate to anywhere Lindsay was. Images 24 and 26 show the leggy college student_s reaction when she realizes two teen boys are watching her pose with her skirt way above where it should be. What could Lindsay and her photographer do? Keep calm and carry on. The End.

Clara Mabee was nervous about modeling for me at first, but eventually her spunky energy surfaced and she was all smiles while she teased the camera. We shot in Denver, which has some painfully hot days in the summer, probably because it is located one mile closer to the Sun. I recently heard on a podcast that there is no way to escape magical origin stories when it comes to our existence. Even if you do not buy into any religious doctrines and if you only smoke what science sells you, everything in the universe was once packed tightly into a space equal to a grain of sand. Everything. And then we tell our kids that drugs are not necessary.

Bree Daniels joined me for a mini-hike in a mini-skirt. Well, actually, it was a skirt that I modified to be shorter than its original intention. My modifications always end up too heavy-handed. Sorry. The sun was setting quickly, the underwear was funky, I misplaced my keys at some point, but none of this really matters when you are with the right girl. Bree is the right girl. She is always kinda magic. Hope you will not mind the splashes of nudity. I found it rather difficult to avoid nudity altogether, photographing someone as stunning and comfortable with their body as Bree is.
