Mia Hope is completely wrapped in a black sleepsack and matching head mask (with air holes), her arms, legs, and torso bound by five leather belts. She is basically a mummy on the white sheets of a bed, her noggin against the pillows. Clearly, she is not going to escape, but she is going to writhe and whine in her bondage, lifting up her legs and midsection from the mattress as if that will do her any good. After a couple of minutes a hairy arm comes into the picture to free her head from the mask, so we see her face and red hair. The red ball gag prevents her from making any but the most basic sounds of protest against her fate, and she continues to raise her legs, attempts to roll onto her side (but not really succeeding) and perhaps accepts that she is firmly under the control of whomever put her in this sleepsack.
