Mind Control Ray 3 - Rachel 
Rachel is being stalked by a hooded figure determined to make her his slave. He makes his way undetected into her apartment and shoots her with a mind control ray. She is frozen in place and inspected. Rachel is then hit with a hypnosis setting from the device, and made into his helpless zombie slave. Rachel is powerless to resist her master's commands.
