Still in disbelief, Nurse Bernadette opens the kale and stuffs it in Ava's face. Ewwwww! Ava struggles away and she has kale throw on her. She is then made to eat it up off the sofa from which she spit it out on. Nurse sprinkles more kale around and makes Ava get on all fours and eat it up. How humiliating! Ava is then strapped hard on her bottom while she is having to eat up the kale off the floor. She is not a very happy girl but she will learn her lesson about eating healthy from now on.
