She did and she also suffered complications due to the abortion, which left her in a depressed state and unable to have future children. The abortion doctor knew of her status but never followed up with her, never grew concerned but abandoned her. When he was released from prison, he vowed to hunt them down and kill them. Since sex with his girlfriend is now a distant memory, he takes out his sexual wrath on his victims
