This "macho" guy gets sent to Dr. Nina because his wife says needs to be "knocked down a peg"- and the best part? It is court-ordered due to his anger management issues. So Dr. Nina makes him strip naked, literally kneel before her, kicks him in the balls, and then orders him lay down on her therapy couch. Then she kicks off her shoes and literally rests her smelly stockinged feet right on his face while casually continuing her "therapy". And there is nothing this "macho" guy can do but TAKE it! He hates it and complains about having to let a "hot babe" treat him this way, but Dr. Nina explains that he will need to get used to being used as a footstool for women from now on...as well as literally bowing down and kissing their feet whenever he is told to!
