Diego Dzodan was accused of REPEATEDLY refusing to comply with an order to hand over messages relating to drug trafficking. The judge called the decision to arrest Mr. Dzodan as extreme and unlawful. Hulk Hogan was in court on Tuesday for jury selection in his 100 million dollar civil suit against Gawker Media. He_s suing the website for publishing excerpts of his SEX TAPE without his permission. He must have thought he was back in the wrestling ring when he posted THIS message on Twitter before heading to court: Time for the real main eventI AM going to slam another Giant Hogan vrs Gawker Watcha Gonna Do Gawker? Next time you pick on a celeb Gawker, maybe go for someone who can_t beat you to a pulpAnd, South Dakota has VETOED a bill that would have forced transgender students to use the same bathrooms as their sex at birth. Republican Governor Dennis Daugaard said that the bill did not address any pressing issue, and that local school boards should be able to make accommodations for students as they see fit. Transgender rights groups applauded the decision, calling it a clear message AGAINST discrimination. And in a surprising twist Whitney, the state representative who AUTHORED the bill says he actually AGREES with the veto and won_t oppose it.You have to wonder what the point of it all was in the first place. And new figures from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics show than an increasing number of twenty-somethings are taking early RETIREMENT More than twice as many 20 to 24-year-olds were putting their feet up compared to a decade ago. Overall, 35 percent of the population does NOT have a job and isn_t looking for one. That_s up 4 percent from a decade ago. And you_re not alone - there_s some serious buzz around this project. Here are the details. So as I was saying, Sly is in talks with Fox to create a Rambo TV series called Rambo: New Blood. Rather than focusing solely on the embattled Vietnam vet, the series would be a Father-Son affair that would see the old dog teaching the young pup some new tricks. Stallone has signed on as an executive producer, but what we STILL don_t know is whether he_ll be putting on his famous red bandanna. Chris Evans - no not Captain America, the OTHER one - is spilling the details on the rebooted version of Top Gear The car show_s new host says the critically-acclaimed British series will return to TV on Sunday May 8th. Evans says there will be 16 episodes in the new season. The one thing he still won_t tell us is whether or not he_ll be joined by any co-presenters. Evans has previously said the original Top Gear guys worked together SO well, he_d never be able to duplicate their chemistry. Does that mean he_ll be flying solo? We_ll find out soon enough Showtime has put the kibosh on rumors that it_ll be reviving the serial killer series Dexter. The confusion began over the Thanksgiving long weekend, when Showtime sent out this tweet to their followers. The caption says His Knife_s Freshly Sharpened, and not too surprisingly, fans took it as a sign the cable outlet had a revival in the works. Hope you didn_t get your hopes up, because Showtime says there_s no plans for more Dexter in the works. Sounds like someone on their social media team_s a real turkey Survivor_s biggest winner is hoping to soon be TV_s biggest LOSER Richard Hatch has signed on for the upcoming season of The Biggest Loser. He became one of the first stars of reality TV when he won the original season of Survivor. Hatch famously shocked audiences and creeped out competitors by walking around the camp naked - something I TOTALLY would have done. Hatch has put on a TON of weight since those days. He checked in at 314 pounds, and says he_s looking to shed about a hundred pounds. The Biggest Loser_s 17th season tips off on NBC on January 4th. And 50 Cent_s hoping to cash in with a move to network TV The rapper slash entrepreneur is set to play himself in a new comedy series on Fox called My Friend 50. It_s a single-cam style project that follows a twentysomething named Amanda whose life goal is to join 50_s entourage. The rapper won_t be in EVERY episode, but he_s slated to make appearances now and then. It_s not his only acting gig these days either. 50_s got a recurring role on the Starz hit show Power.
