In their ruling on his appeal, the judges found that it_s a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to use someone else_s password without authorization from the issuing company. The bulk of the arrests came in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and St. Paul, Minnesota. In St. Paul, the run-ins with protesters also resulted in injuries to 21 police officers. Among the 125 people arrested on Saturday in Baton Rouge was DeRay Mckesson, one of the most prominent members of the Black Lives Matter movement. Arrests were also made at various rallies around the country, including those in Atlanta, New York and Chicago.A protest also turned ugly in Berlin this weekend, with over 120 officers injured and 86 demonstrators arrested. About 35-hundred protesters took to the streets in opposition to police actions against squatters in the eastern part of the city. About 18-hundred officers were assigned to the protest, which according to reports began peacefully before devolving into violence. Bottles and fireworks were thrown and cars were destroyed, leading police to respond with tear gas. And in Spain, a professional bullfighter became the first matador to be killed in the ring in over thirty years. 29-year-old Victor Barrio was plying his trade on live TV when the bull flipped in the air and then landed the lethal blow when he hit the ground. Festivities in the town of Teruel were suspended, and participants in Sunday_s running of the bulls wore improvised black armbands in tribute. We_ll probably have to wait a little longer than expected for Nintendo_s next console. The NX was expected before Christmas this year. But now Nintendo_s announced they_ll be outfitting the new box with VR capabilities, to better compete with the PS4 Neo and XBox One_s Scorpio. Sounds good, but the downside is production will likely be delayed until some time in 2017. There_s no denying it now: Minecraft is one of the most successful video games of all time. The BLOCK-buster hit recently surpassed the 100 million mark in copies sold. And talk about elite company. It_s only the second game to ever crack the 100 million milestone, Tetris being the other one. It_s not like Minecraft_s sales are slowing down, either. Since the start of 2016 the game has averaged more than 50-thousand copies sold every month. Here_s one for all you old school gamers: a real life tabletop version of Pong It LOOKS kind of like an air hockey table. But actually, the table uses robotic arms that are controlled by a computer. And just like the video game, you can play against an AI opponent or take on one of your friends. SO cool The table is the work of designer Daniel Perdomo who_s hoping to find a manufacturer to produce even more of them. Now let_s check out Mirror_s Edge Catalyst for the PC, PS4, and XBox One. Similar to the original from 2008, you play as the sexy and deadly Faith Connors. It_s her mission to take down a totalitarian regime, and to do so she_ll have to run like hell through the giant city of Glass Okay, let_s not sugarcoat things. The story in this game is terrible. The gameplay mechanics on the other hand - pretty darn good. Guiding Faith through her parkour-style stunts is challenging but really does feel natural. We can_t call Mirror_s Edge Catalyst a must-buy, but it_s worth a look if you_re on the hunt for something out of the ordinary. We_ll give it 3 out of 5 naked n_s. Ladies, Guinness has announced plans to open a brewery in the US It_ll be the first time the Irish beer maker has had a home in America in sixty years. If it all goes according to plan, the new Guinness brewery, located near Baltimore, should be full operational this fall. The goal is to have everything ready in time to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the importation of Guinness to the US. We all know fast food is bad for us, but the packaging could be an even more significant health risk A new study collected 400 samples from 27 leading fast food chains, and found dangerous chemicals in one third of the packaging that was tested The wrappers and containers are often sprayed with fluorine to make them water-repellent and less sticky. But the chemicals can easily transfer into your food, and they_ve been linked to all kinds of dangerous health issues, including cancer The US Army doesn_t just wear green, it THINKS green too Military officials are looking at using biodegradable bullets in training The concern is that traditional bullets have the potential to corrode and pollute the soil and nearby water supply. The Department of Defense proposal asks for bullets that would even contain seeds that would produce food for animals Talk about a magic bullet It sounds kinda crazy but it_s obvious that SOMETHING needs to be done. Isabella, when the 2.5 million soccer fans arrive in Paris and other French cities this week and think it smells bad, it won_t be because of the cheese The city_s garbage collectors have gone on strike, leaving growing piles of trash to collect all over the French capital. It_s been a rough few months for the country. First there were the gas shortages, then there were the rail strikes, and then came the historic floods that caused disaster in 782 towns and villages nationwide. In other words it sounds like the home team could really use a win Euro 2016 starts on Friday with France taking on Romania. M&M_s iconic logo has been BANNED in Sweden. A court there has just ruled that from now on, the chocolate maker will have to use upper-case M_s. The reason? The logo is supposedly too similar to the one already in use by Swedish chocolate covered peanut brand Marabou. M&M_s, owned by parent company Mars, weren_t sold in Sweden until 2009. Marabou, which is owned by Kraft, has been available there since the 1960s. And a Canadian university has delivered a payout in what_s becoming a concerning new trend. The University of Calgary agreed to pay about 20-thousand dollars worth of bitcoins to hackers who had targeted the school_s servers with an attack known as ransomware. The hack affected more than 100 computers, and caused emails and other crucial files to be turned to gibberish. The University of Calgary isn_t the first institution to pay up to get its data back. In February, the Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center paid 17-thousand dollars to have its system restored. Isabella security experts warn that the ransom payments will only encourage more attacks.
